ডাউনলোড সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্য আপ[নারা উপরের পিকচার গুলো খেয়াল করুন। ডাউনলোড বাটনে ক্লিক করার পর উপরের যেকোনো একটি পেজ আসলে তা আপনি লাল মার্ক কৃত স্থানে ক্লিক করে ডাউনলোড করুন। আর ফ্লাশ ফাইল সমস্যা হলে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের জানান Helpline এ জানান। ফাইলে যেকোনো ধরনের ত্রুটি দেখা দিলে আমাদের জানান আমরা চেষ্টা করবো সাথে সাথে সমাধান করার জন্য।
